Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) after receiving payment confirmation.

  • Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Order Tracking

  • If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you haven’t received your order, please contact your local carrier first, then email us at support@alvv.store.

  • International orders may be subject to customs fees, import duties, and taxes once they reach your country.

  • These charges are the customer’s responsibility and are not included in the item price or shipping cost.


Wrong Address Disclaimer

Lost or Damaged Packages
